1)Our analyzes of both United Arab Emirates and Germany determine that it would be most lucrative to start or open a Carinos Italian Grill in UAe because its the third largest trading partner in the middle east for the U.S.

2)Tourism has increased by 17%.

3)The economy has boomed steadily and will increase by DH40 billion by 2015.

4)The surrounding land will soon be converted to have a better and thriving economy.

In conclusion our biggest competitors will be ourselves. As we stated earlier in the competition's screening we are our own competitors because the owner owns other businesses that compete against us such as TGIF,Chilis and Pizza Hut and isn't going to close out his own business for the other.
